Nipnatten 1367m,
Norway 16/5 2025

At Imingfjell, a bit south of where I was yesterday, is
Borgsjåbrotet to the east and Gavlen to the west. There is
a parking place at 1170m. Gavlen is in the background.
Passing a stream just before the climb towards Gavlen
begins. I am heading for the most southern summit,
Nipnatten.
The snow is melting rapidly. Plenty of water flowing down the mountain.

It's fairly early, the night was pretty cold so the snow is
 hard, easy to walk.
Here is the summit of  Nipnatten. The final climb towards the summit.

From the summit the Gausta peak is visible, about 30km
 to the south.
This picture, taken by the drone, quickly bekame a figh to
get it down again, in one piece, without simply blowing
away in the hard winds.
Gausta peak is always an impressive sight, rising high above the surrounding peaks.

 To the west.
