Grüblspitze 2395m, Austria 8/4 2015

Today we visit Zillertal, taking the cableway to Eggalm at about 2000m. The route
  leading to
Grüblspitze, seen to the left in this picture, follows the ski slopes at first.
Passing a ski lift at less than 2200m.

The last lift, a little higher up.   From here we follow the ridge, easy climbing the final 200 altitude meters.
This is a technically simple mountain, no real problems anywhere.
.

A ptarmigan.  Dante climbing the final part to the summit.

There is a beautiful summit cross on Grüblspitze.   And the views are beautiful, making this mountain worth while to climb.

Zooming in Olperer (3476m) to the south. Plenty of ski activity up there, on the
  glacier
.
  A view to the southeast.

The valley continues to the northeast towards Mayrhofen, not visible in this picture.   Rastkogel, 2760m.

A lot of snow to the northwest.
